A little clarity
about your privacy.

This notice covers blockfallz.housevo.app and its signup form, operated by HOUSE VO CONSULTING LLC. It covers this website and waitlist only. It is not the privacy policy for the Blockfall Z app or Apple’s TestFlight service.

What the signup form saves

When you join, we save your email address, your selected platform (iPhone/iPad, Android, or both), the signup time, and a record of your consent to beta invitations and launch updates. We use this information to manage interest in Blockfall Z and contact you about the platform you selected. Signing up does not create an app account or start a subscription.

Your choices

The signup is optional. To withdraw consent, correct your information, or request removal, email blockfallz@housevo.app from the address you used to sign up. We may ask you to verify that you control the address before changing or disclosing a record. We do not sell the waitlist or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and for how long

Signup records are stored in a private database on our server, separate from the public website files. Server administration is required to view or export them. The website removes records older than 365 days, measured from the latest signup, unless you ask us to remove yours sooner. Operational backups are retained for up to seven days and are not used for marketing.

Website traffic

This site uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect traffic. Cloudflare processes network information, such as IP addresses and request details, under its own service practices. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our signup service uses short-lived, in-memory request counters to limit spam; it does not save your IP address in the waitlist database. Routine access logging is disabled for this site at our Nginx server. Error logs may contain technical request details used to resolve failures.

The page sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics scripts. Fonts, design assets, and the 3D renderer are hosted with the site. The interactive world and optional synthesized audio run locally in your browser; we do not collect your pointer movements, scroll activity, or sound preferences. Your browser still makes the requests needed to load the page and submit the form.

Email and TestFlight

We may use the email address you provide to send the Blockfall Z invitations and updates you requested. Email delivery involves mail service providers. If you contact support, your message and address are handled through our support mailbox to respond to your request.

Following our TestFlight link opens Apple’s service. Installing a beta or providing feedback there is governed by Apple’s TestFlight privacy information. Being on this website’s list does not automatically enroll you in TestFlight.
