This policy covers the Blockfall Z app for Android, distributed through Google Play and operated by HOUSE VO CONSULTING LLC. The website and waitlist notice covers this website separately.

What the app keeps on your device

The app saves your best score for each mode and your Zen music settings (on or off, track, and volume) in its own storage on your device. The Daily puzzle is chosen from your device’s date. This information stays on your device; there is no account and nothing is sent to us.

What the app does not do

This version of the app has no internet access. It requests no Android permissions and does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files. It shows no ads and contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking software. It does not sell or share personal information.

Google Play

Google Play handles installation, updates, and testing programs, under Google’s privacy policy. If you have enabled diagnostics sharing on your device, Google may provide us with crash reports and aggregate app statistics through Google Play Console, which we use only to fix problems and improve the game. This version offers no in-app purchases. If subscriptions are added through Google Play, we will update this policy first.

Backups and removing your data

Android may include the app’s saved data in your device backup, according to your backup settings. To remove the app’s data, clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the app.

Children

Blockfall Z is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.
